The Most Important Meal on the Bus

Lady passenger got on the bus with her breakfast in hand, although bus signage warns against eating on board. Was she delicately munching a breakfast bar or a piece of fruit? No, no, no. She clutched a yellow crockery bowl full of goopy oatmeal, which she slurped out of a regular metal spoon that clinked against the bowl.

When she finished, she stowed the nasty sloppy bowl in her shoulder bag. This fellow passenger hopes it leaked on her quarterly report, and possibly also her Kindle.

  1. When I was living in Milwaukee, they'd passed a "no eating" law on the buses. Before that, there was a woman who'd have a bowl of cereal during the ride to downtown on the #30.

    Then she'd brush her teeth.

It was a dry brush, no toothpaste or spitting or anything. But still.
